How long does it take to see my commissions?
We approve commissions once the customer has activated their license OR 90 days after the sale occurs, whichever comes first.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. You can earn as much as you can deliver with our affiliate program. There is no cap on what you can earn each month.
I earned a commission, why haven't I been paid?
Each month, we pay affiliates who have reached our minimum $100.00 account balance. If you account balance hasn't met the payout guideline of $100.00, it will carry over from month-to-month until it does. The first month it hits the $100.00 balance mark, you will be paid.
Can I earn a commissions by using my own affiliate link for my own purchase?
Technically this is not a practice we allow. This is up to the discretion of the affiliate manager and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Will I earn recurring commissions for subscription based purchases?
Yes, we offer commissions for both our self-hosted and cloud based services.
Can I get a custom domain so I don't have to use my marketing link?
Yes. In some cases we can offer a subdomain you can use to send your traffic to including directing traffic to any page you prefer or even adding custom content. Please contact us for more details on this offering.

Can I do paid (PPC) ads with my marketing link?
Yes. With a few exceptions. We do not allow you to target our own keywords. For a list of keywords or to make sure you're not breaking policy, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you get setup with your PPC campaign.
